An online personality/work test, you basically choose a different degree between Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree for different questions they ask. Being consistent is the key to passing that part. Then you interview with the District Leader. Simple questions, pretty chill. Why pharmacy? Why Retail? Some situational question, tell me about a time.... but all really typical. The most important part is getting the pharmacist license.
Basically just one interview with the district leader. This is contingent on the fact that you have to pass the online test. If you don't pass it then you won't get hired regardless of the interview.

The district manager was very easy to interview with. She is someone I would enjoy working for. The positions she had open were too far for me to drive on a daily basis.
Don’t do it. They are pushy and will low ball you. They will make it seem like it is perfect and you’ll get support. I went on my off days and it was a zoo. I felt bad for the pharmacist working that day.
