Remembered to smile.
The interview went well IMO.
I apparently was not experienced enough with 12 years of external-facing experience in the industry? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
[NOTE: I applied in 2022 as well. Same result. Did better this time, but I am not sure what the issue is.]

My phone interview experience with CVS was remarkably smooth and straightforward. From the moment we connected, I felt at ease, largely due to the friendly and welcoming demeanor of the district manager on the other end of the line.
Basically just one interview with the district leader. This is contingent on the fact that you have to pass the online test. If you don't pass it then you won't get hired regardless of the interview.

The district manager was very easy to interview with. She is someone I would enjoy working for. The positions she had open were too far for me to drive on a daily basis.
