Intimate but comfortable. There were 2 branch managers and 1 division manager that interviewed me. The first set of questions were pre-determined, and then we went in to a more casual questioning process. I think they care a lot about personality traits and whether or not you will work well with the team .

The Initial round consisted of online assessment which had 2 segments consisting of English language proficiency and analytical thinking and the second round consisted of interview with the hiring manager.
Do research about the company before the interview and be proactive at test questions. 1. Phone interview. 2. Interview at the office. 3. Test. I liked the interview, though it will be more complicated.
