First, you just talk about your background. Then (and get this), you start working on real client problems, during the interview process. But, you get paid for the interview. The philosophy is ...if you're spending time during the interview, answering real questions, then, you should get paid. The interview process is difficult to very difficult...I mean, they're challenging problems. But, the people will work with you. By challenging, I think the interview for the first day lasted 13 hours. Fun, very fun, but challenging. You're interviewing, but you're also working as a team. You go home feeling like you accomplished something...plus, and I've never seen this done...you get paid for the work you do on the interview. They also give you the option to interview on Saturday or Sunday -- something I had to do, since I had another job at the time.
