Name a time when you had to resolve a conflict within a group. What is your biggest weakness? Then they will ask why you think cabelas is right for you.
Basic interview that covered past employment, as well as the goals that you wish to obtain while working for Cabela’s. Overall, the entire process took less than 30 minutes and went as smooth as can be expected.
