Apply online, wait a few days and then you may or may not get called. You will be called by the Department Manager who will arrange an interview. You set a time and date. Arrive at the store and meet with the dept. mgr. They will take you to a quiet area and give you a basic interview. Most, if not all questions are pre-written - easy "read from the sheet" type. Answer and then wait a few more days to get a call from dept. mgr.
