One of the largest and most useless interview process I had in my career.
Starting from this
1) First contact call
2) First video call with the HR Recruiter
3) They send you over a written exercise that you need to write in one week and send it over.
4) They evaluate it and if everything is fine you start the real "Interview Process"
5) First Interview ONE hour with two profiles like yours asking questions
6) Second Interview ONE hour with two profiles like yours asking about the written exercise
7) Third Interview ONE hour with two profiles like yours asking questions
Then eventually you get rejected because they make all this steps before rejecting you even if they think you are not a good fit in the first interview.
At the end I spent MORE THAN 10 HOURS in this interview process where they send you over a PDF MANUAL OF 60 PAGES to prepare for THEIR PROCESS.
Besides this, I have seen that between the 6 people made me the latest 3 interview (2 each interview) there were people for sure less skilled and younger than me having the same profile they hire for asking questions which they have no seniority to evaluate.
The moral of my message: DON'T WASTE your time with this company, they think to be the coolest in town and probably to be a Silicon Valley startup unicorn, but then you realize it's just hype what they sell.
Just go over Trustpilot and look for their clients reviews: you will have a nice surprise, drivers that don't pick you when you need, double bills and so on.
They are so precise and accurate in their hiring process, and then they let their user down in this way.

- one hour screening interview with recruiter. - one written exercise to assess leadership and written communication skills. - Three 1 hour interviews about behavioural questions and technical questions (system design).

2 interviews ( 1 with HR and 1 technical interview)+ 3 final interviews in a row about behavioral and company fit. I didn’t the offer and the feedback has no sense, they give me two bad points: 1. they ask me around 12 experiences related to some particular circumstances, and the problem was that in 2 experiences I talked were more than 5 years ago. 2. The outcome of my intervention in some experiences was not measurable. My opinion is: people is doing final interviews are not prepared for that and they have lack of experience.

Couple of phone calls, then a huge interview sessions following star methodology. System design questions. No pressure at all. In the end they just didn't got back to me, I had to chase the recruiter.
