It begins with an editing test taken on-site. They call you back after reviewing it to let you know if you've passed and schedule an appointment for an interview. The interview runs through the usual questions on your resume and experience and is conducted by the head of the department you'll be working in and the overall manager of the four editing departments.

There were rounds of talks with managers and team leads. Threre were also then two rounds of editing exercises, which were then discussed in detail in the next round. There was a passage provided that you had to edit according to criteria given and then you send it in prior to the interviews.
