Thank you for your candid feedback. We understand your concerns and appreciate the patience you’d shown throughout the selection process. Yes, you had cleared all technical tests and rounds; however, you were not at par for certain aspects we consider for determining if a candidate is an organization/culture fit. We apologize if this was not clarified to you earlier. Further, probing on certain personal aspects during the selection process is done at most organizations in the best interests of the candidate and the organization. It’s just that this might have been a bit more apparent at CACTUS – we prefer not to beat around the bush and come to the point directly.
Lastly, we’d like to clarify that the selection process for this position in particular tends to get long drawn at times, given the critical nature of the role. Hence, we try our best to keep candidates updated about all developments throughout the selection process. We apologize if we haven’t done so in your case.
