Interview process was easy. I did not have any issues getting a job. The only problem was the school I applied for already had someone in mind, so they only did interviews as a formality.

I was interviewed by an on-campus recruiter and offered a job on the spot, I did not accept immediately, and, as it turned out, that offer had a time limit. So I wound up going through the recruitment fair and interviewed with several principals. Most offered positions, and I wound up with the school of my preference.
