There were two rounds. Technical Aptitude test and an interview. The Technical Aptitude test was subjective and questions were from RC circuits, basic concepts of feedback and operational amplifiers. There were questions on MOSFETs as well. The difficulty level was ramped in the interview level and questions were lot more difficult.

There were questions related to RC circuits, steady state, diode circuit, Truth table of given Digital circuit, Op amp basic configuration outputs.
Concentrate mostly on RC circuits.
The first round had 20 questions and time given was 1 hour. They don't expect you to solve all the questions. They observe your working sheets.
Second round was descriptive answers round. There were questions again on RC, resistors combinations, Timing constants. It had 13 technical and 3 aptitude questions.

Total 3 technical rounds. Questions mostly based on prior projects and analog design fundamentals. RC circuits - step, impulse, ramp, pulse response, CMOS basic amplifier stages, differential amplifiers and current mirrors.
