I'd say we (the interviewer/recruiter and me) did really have a very nice and smooth interview, which allows each other understand the background quite very well. Recruiter and the future colleague conducted the process in a very professional way that I felt very comfortable and thus the process went really well. Actually, I should say this is the best interview process that I had in recent 3 months, even better than other IT giants like G* and F* companies.

It was an internal transfer. so, interview had basic questions related to current project. They asked about current project difficulties and memory/performance optimization questions. There were two rounds only, first with project manager to understand rhe requirements and second was technical.

I applied for this job through internal referral. There was a brief phone interview lasting about 30 minutes. The on-site interview was set the following week. The interview lasted 4 hours by 5 interviewers, including the hiring manager. The process was smooth and friendly, so I could take the interview comfortably. I could get the decision on the following week and the official offer letter was sent to me after two weeks from the interview.

I was contacted by email. We set up a time .Had a phone interview for about an hour. A few questions about programming skills and analysis of algorithms and their efficiency were asked. Got the offer a few days after the interview.
