It was face to face single round and HR round. Asked everything about academic to current role they offers. Ata code, aircraft prodeure, questions are asked based on the resume.

It was nice. Asked Tech question regarding basics of engineering drawing, projections, etc. HR usually checks your communication. First of all there was a written test, followed by interview. The experience was quite good but the salary they offer for freshers is very low compared to company standards.

Normal process but took a long time for the onboarding process. Best for newbies. Pay scale is very less starting. Also for other postion we can try on. Process will take at least one month to on board
