My interview process was not standard, I was a student there and was recruited when a position opened up for a full time spot. They were willing to wait for me to get my license however I will say I think that was only because I was a student there.

It was easy. They just make sure you understand what the role is and that you have your OT certification.
Once you have that everything else is fairly easy from that point.
