Directly recruited by Cadient. They conducted several phone interviews, then two in-person interviews with about a dozen different people. Each interview was more positive than the last, even discussing terms of an offer. However, the communication from Cadient was inconsistent--they have no respect for your time, often leaving weeks between communications. Entire process lasted 3 months, and despite claims that they were still interested, the process ended with complete radio silence. The recruiting process was disrespectful and a complete amateur hour; it's no wonder they are considered by clients to be a bottom-of-the-barrel agency. Do not waste your time.
