The easiest and most comfortable experience I have had. I was initially interviewed by someone from hr/ people management , this was a short telephone call which covered off the basics of the job spec. Within a matter of days I had a face to face interview with the Head of Operations and lead ODP, the Hops made me feel so at ease and went over every detail of the company expectations, job role and onboarding process, to see highly skilled and competent women in such positions was a pleasant surprise from the usual male dominated leadership. I then had a tour of the hospital and I imagine this final piece is a crucial stage where they assess your suitability for the team and culture.
