An initial phone screen (over Zoom) and one on-site interview with both the CFO and CEO. Extremely poor communication all around. Initial scheduling conducted only via telephone not email. Onboarding communications nonexistent. JD is not forthcoming about company policies (e.g. eventual return to fully on-site).
