Telephone interview followed by in person interview at the HR office. Require 3 professional references. One of the managers from banquets department will conduct the interview and Alcohol serving license is a must and will crosscheck its validity after the interview.

interview was easy but for some I did hear that it can be nerve wreaking. I am a people person and even great with talking to people in "upper status" positions. It was basic interview questions. and if they ask what should they expect from you as an employee, say "I will exceed your expectations"
