Then a group session where problems are solved in group.
After that the HR employees check a department in which you would fit in, and if you stand out in the group session they do an interview to discuss more in depth your CV and to re-direct you to a manager if succesful.
Finally an interview, not very technical, with who would be your supervisor, if succesful and choseng among the others an offer is made to you.
