Phone interview first then on-site interview. The phone interview was not a test. I was asked about myself. However, the on-site interview did not make sense because they asked something not on the job description.

Too many interviews. The first interviewer was very good, tries to understand your thought process and helps you a lot when you get stuck. They try to see what level you have by asking too many questions, you need to give a detailed answer for each question.
