The process was real smooth as the people make you feel confortable from the first second, I think it's one of the best interview process I had, it was really about understanding your nature and the value you can bring and get from the company. The great ethics of the company transpire from the honest way of handling the conversation and the motivation in the eyes of the interviewers. Really great stuff.
