First we had a phone call interview, then an in person interview where I did a small “test”. I was invited for a second interview with the regional manager, but declined the offer.

1st a telephone interview, and set up a visit to the store and a face to face interview. Even though this was only a p/t position a test was given on very, very basic math skills. Then during the interview I was asked about fabrics and how I could sell, how would I approach a customer and how would I followup. Furniture sales seem to be extremely important. Goals were discussed and there is a dollar per hour goal even for p/t people. Not sure how the quota is handled when you aren't working if your client comes back into the store, not very clear on that. If quota is not meet there is possibility of being reprimanded & being let go. Store did not seem busy so we walked around. Pretty environment.
