Interview panel consisting of 2 or more Department supervisors and someone from HR to assure the questions don't go outside of state interview policy. A sheet with interview questions is provided to each interviewee but you cannot read the questions until the interview begins. You are given a sufficient amount of time to think of your response and an opportunity to change your answers or add more information at the end of the interview. Only one interviewee per panel. Your application is compared to 100-200 applicants. If selected, a call back could occur 2-3 weeks after the interview depending on the department's needs.
