Applied online and went through a brief phone screening with a coordinator. Subsequently, I was scheduled for a video interview with the CEO. However, I encountered some unfortunate experiences during the process. Upon joining the video meeting, I waited for approximately 10 minutes, but the CEO did not show up. I reached out to the coordinator who then informed me that the CEO was running behind in meetings and couldn't make it. As a result, the interview had to be rescheduled. On the rescheduled call, the CEO, was late and only apologized towards the very end of the call for missing the initial meeting. due to a migraine (not due to meetings as I wa s previously told). While I understand that health issues can arise unexpectedly, I would have appreciated it if this information had been communicated to me truthfully and in a timely manner. Throughout the interview, the CEO asked a plethora of difficult questions, some of which were the toughest I had encountered in my ten years of administrative experience. Additionally, she delved into personal matters, leaving me with little to no time to ask any questions of my own. By the end of the interview, I felt thoroughly exhausted and drained. While I can handle challenging individuals, I found the CEO to be inconsiderate and excessively demanding. It became evident to me that this position was not the right fit for me.
