First interview was with the lead/direct supervisor and lasted about a half hour. This initial interview was more casual and getting to know one another. The second interview was with an HR professional and was over the phone. It was a situational interview that also touched on a bit of my background from my resume. The next interview was two parts, all over Zoom with the R&D team, and then a second part with the same two people from before (team lead and HR). Some of the questions were specific to previous work experiences and some were specific to CBD product design. Overall, the experience showed that it wouldn’t be a good fit on either side. I think the biggest downside was how much time was spent on interviewing with this company. Working full time and having to make time for so many interviews just for it to clearly not be a fit was a definite downside.
