Series of interviews that lasted around a half hour a piece. First round, basic. Second round more in-depth. Third, better understanding of the individual. Position is very relationship driven and they want to understand that the applicant is either very personable or has relationships built in.

The interview process was smooth and formal. I appreciated the candidness and multiple conversations that took place. We had a phone interview with HR which led to a phone interview with the hiring manager. After these two phone calls, I spoke with the HR Managers about next steps.
