Interviewers unfortunately got my interview time mixed up with the wrong applicant. Got my name wrong and meeting time wrong. Got another call again the next day for a different applicant. Very confusing! Salaries are extremely low and shameful for the cost of living in NYC. They say health insurance is really good but that should be a given if it is a health center. And, knowing that we should be sharing the same ideology (esp within the LGBTQ+ community) that we all are deserving of universal healthcare. Health insurance should be a default, not a bonus. Do not keep saying the health insurance alone is a perk. Make the salaries an actual LIVABLE WAGE.
