There were two rounds of interviews. Questions not too technical. Mostly focused on behavioral aspects. They let us meet with different levels of people at the firm. Everyone was nice and informative

HR call to make sure you are available / have interest in company, then first round interviews are done on Zoom. Lastly, a second round of interviews are done in person with the Superday format.

Multiple interviews. One phone screen, one interview with junior employees, then final interview with managers. HR took way too long to get back after each interview and often did not reply back to emails. The managers were nice and did not expect you to know much about finance.
