Online interview with a panel of 4. Standardized assessment of math and writing. Interview was also Standardized, 6 questions. Very dry and uninviting panel makes you think they don't like you but it almost seems that's what they have to do.

The interview process was ok. It was not personable. The interview was timed. I was not informed about the timed interview process before the interview. There was a panel of three managers.

Interview process was structured and streamlined. Introductions and briefings of company role were very clear and informative.
Questions regarding the role were straight forward. Anytime during the interview I was allowed to follow up on a previous questions. Furthermore, I was allowed to relate real world experiences outside of the question to the role.
