The first interview was a remote one-to-one with the Chief Technology Officer. While I was asked some very challenging questions relevant to the role, they made me feel very at ease, and the meeting seemed to go very quickly.
The second and final interview was in person and was the CTO and head of HR. The process was very professional yet friendly. The meeting took the full hour, but the time flew by. My suitability for the role was checked, both in terms of technical skills, professional competency and team fit.
In contrast to many interview processes I have been through, the Camascope process was extremely thorough, but also enjoyable and unintimidating. All communications in terms of arrangements, offer and follow-up questions and answers were efficient and to the point.
