Normal procedure with two person panel. Took turns asking questions and answering questions I posed. Was laid back approach but questions may be difficult to answer for someone without a lot of support experience. Interviewers didn’t give much away, interviewed on the Tuesday and heard back the next day! (As all interviews were completed the day I went)

The interview process was okay. I was interviewed by two staff. They asked about ofsted, their role. They also asked about safeguarding. The interview lasted for 30 to 45 minutes.
