Applied online, got an email requesting an initial phone call in about a week, was asked for an in-person interview. 3 different people came in and interviewed me during the in-person interview. They were all very nice and friendly.

2 rounds (technically 4 interviews total).
Everyone at CCS was amazing. They were friendly, informative, and respectful throughout the entire process. I spoke with the first two hiring managers I would be working with, and then visited the office in person to meet the senior leadership team. Each interview was about an hour.
If you take time to learn about the company and the role, and you are honest about your experience, you will do great.
