Overly time consuming initial stage. Rather than have a call with a recruiter so you have a chance to talk about your experience, as well as hear more information about the role, have the opportunity to ask questions and assess whether it's the right fit for both parties, you're asked to record a number of videos (8-10 in total), each asking you to talk about a different aspect of your experience. For a first stage it's ridiculously time consuming and I feel asks too much of the applicant. I'd recommend the hiring team simplify their process and save this sort of task for later interview stages. Better still, just schedule a call with your chosen applicants like 99% of other recruiters!
HR Call for 30-40 minutes in 1st round (if you manage to find the link in their email to NOT provide them 10-15 one-way video submissions), and before the 2nd round you have to complete a pretty comprehensive questionairre with questions like "How have you demonstrated your IQ?", "How have you demontrated your EQ?" , "What makes you unstoppable?". 2nd round call is an hour and basically asks all the same questions from 1st round.
Unfortunately this company seems to follow the trend of wanting applicants to feel as though they have to beg for a job.
