Interview process was thorough and complex. - CV review, general telephone initial discussion - 1st face-to face meeting, screening done by recruitment agency - 2nd face-to-face meeting with local employer - 3rd step final offer and contract signing

I applied online. I got a call after a week. The first round was the screening test( through phone). It is just a general test just to know about you. I was asked about the company profile, my projects, my inspiration, a situation when I handled pressure. Once finishing it, I was called after two weeks to appear for face to face Technical Round in the Coimbatore office. I showed up for the TR. The interviewers were very very friendly and encouraging accompanied by a beautiful smile on their faces. The questions during the technical round was totally situation based with about 10-12 situation based questions were asked and had to give live examples for all of them. Fully based on STAR technique. Once clearing it, I appeared for HR which is just a formality.
