Negative! The recruiter headhunted me for an HR Advisor role he's hiring for, I had a telephone interview. He asked me to go to Camino office the day after for a F2F interview before passing my CV to the HM. I took time off of my job, in the morning he called to change the F2F interview time, it was a short notice, but I showed flexibility as I wanted the job, I waited in the reception 15 minutes, he apologised, we had the F2F interview. It was Christmas holiday time, where he confirmed he'll get back to me before December 25th, as the HM needs to interview candidates 1st week of January but I heard nothing back. I followed up on the 2nd week of January, he didn't respond to my email. Very unprofessional and negative company image.
