The interview process was actually fun and very interactive. But it was also more competitive than I anticipated. There was a large group interview where leadership monitored how you react in certain situations or when playing games, etc.

The interviews were very intense. In the application we had to state our theological and biblical views and what we hoped to gain at CAA. The interviews last about 4 hours and include activities, facilitation, improvisation, physical activity, and a one-on-one.
