This is a small company, and the I.T. team consists of 2 or 3 employees. After a great interview with the IT "manager", I was promised contact back the next week and I heard nothing. I sent an email a week later and got no response. This is an unprofessional company whose IT manager doesn't understand the hiring process. I'm glad I didn't get an offer. The professionalism you see in an interview is exactly what you'll see after your employment.
