Very easy. I wore black flare out jeans and my interviewer took me into her office and we talked for maybe 30 or 40 minutes. Standard questions when you're going to be working with kids. I then had a follow up phone interview. Things seemed a little disorganized though. I was only 14 and i was working with people who were about 20. It was awkward at first, telling them i was about 6 years younger doing the same job. I had to get a work permit and it took forever to actually set a time to meet and get them to sign it.
