Super simple get to know you interview. Low pressure. Interviewed by assistant director/recruiter. Mine was in my student union. They had a booth set up and one of my friends signed me up for an interview. Maybe took about 30 minutes, but was mostly just chatting.

Conversational with an emphasis on personality. Questions around your faith and people you look up to in your life. Great interview experience and some deeper questions. They are very kind and will lay out how the pay scale works ahead of time.
Easy, reliable, simple. They were engaging and make sure to use your time beneficially. they ask great questions to get to know your background and why you want to work at that camp. they assess how you will do well with certain age groups and in different activities where you might lead
