It was a simple 15 to 20 minute zoom call. I was told about the camp, then I was asked why I applied to work at Camp Towanda, then asked about my strengths and my weaknesses.

One simple Skype interview, was hired during the interview. I accepted and was given resources to continue the hiring process that day. Very quick and easy. I lived very far away so I Skype in instead of interviewing in person.
