Met with Admin, who referred me to company, and the office manager/property portfolio manager. I have applied for Admin, and Assistant Property Manager. We met at a Starbucks. This was the first interview, lasting an hour while we had lunch. During the interview I was told that an administrative position will be coming up and that I may be able to transfer to that position. I was told they want to fill the position within 2 or 3 weeks and will need to meet with the on-site property manager. I am waiting to hear back.

Why changing from real estate sales to management? Questions about multi-tasking, dealing with people who need answers immediately and how handled such situations. Would I be interested if in the near future that an administrative assistant position opened up? Education, level of proficiency with office suite. Why left previous positions. Attitude at work, getting along with staff and what kind of mood I am in during work

Face to Face interview. One on one with the interviewer. Had two interviews one with HR and the other with Mrs. Campbell. the first interview was very questionable and the second was very easy.
