The interview process is at first a group interview to determine who you are and what jobs your looking for. Then you apply to jobs on their website, and wait to see if you move forward in the job selection process. If you do, you get a phone screening, and then an interview with the hiring personnel at the company.
The recruiters at Campuspoint are nice and actually try to get their job candidates jobs. But their clients, the companies who they work with to hire employees at are rude and disrespectful. Lots of bait and switch job postings on their site, some come unprepared for the interview, inappropriate questions asked during the interview, and lots of rude responses after being rejected for their job.
One of the jobs I interviewed for at one of their clients was a just a casual conversation filed with inappropriate questions for an interview. They also baited and switched the job from a project manager role, to an administrative assistant role. And then afterwards the response I got from them relayed to the recruiter was, "we are going to have to pause the hiring efforts around here, and we are going to put an emphasis on the pause".
The other one I had at one of their clients for a field service technician role, the hiring manager there came unprepared for the interview. They said they didn't even read my interview yet. I got rejected for the role at the end. And this company also rejected me for the temporary technician role they had. Just to clarify as well, the hiring manger was looking for people who had actual work experience, so their job advertisements are false since they are not jobs for college graduates. As a further note, I'm not sure what candidate this company is going to get for their job roles. It is obvious for the amount of pay and experience they require this company has unrealistic hiring expectations.
Another one of the jobs I applied to send my candidate details to the hiring manager. The hiring manager's response to me was, "no response".
Campuspoint works with many clients who are disrespectful to their job candidates.

The process itself was fast — I applied and heard back the next day, and within a week, I was on a call discussing the opportunity.
Unfortunately, that’s where things took a frustrating turn. I had applied for a clearly defined 6-month contract role, but during our conversation, I was unexpectedly asked if I’d be open to transitioning into a completely different role involving outbound cold calling in a year. I was honest and said that’s not the direction I’m looking to pursue. To my surprise, that answer apparently disqualified me from the very position I originally applied for — a role that had absolutely no mention of this “future expectation” in the job description.
It’s disappointing. It felt disingenuous and left me questioning how transparent the hiring process really is. If the job comes with hidden strings attached, that should be communicated up front — not discovered in a bait-and-switch scenario. Both of our times were wasted!

they asked the standard questions, it felt like every other interview. nothing terrible. 6/10. would do it again for another position., this sentence and the one before it are just filler so it will let me see the page for the company due to a dumb popup requirement.
