I walked into the store to give one of the team lead my resume. He did the first interview with me only had some really general questions and after one week, I did a second interview with the sales manager. He asked me some questions about my past experiences.

If I have a difficult customer, how should I handle them?
it is basically a retail sales position. interviewrs ask basic questions that are not related to work experience. dealing with problems, team oriented mindset etc. first interview was from official job fair held in Yorkdale, second round interview was with store manager.

how did you deal with the problems when you face in workplace?
Quick and personal but they will easily pivot into questions and points about why it's good to work with them. I would say just to do some background knowledge on the brand and familiarize yourself with product knowledge just so you don't go in completely clueless about the brand.
Straight-forward process, 2-3 rounds. Apply online, make a phone call, in-person with a manager, then HR review. They ask you about your experiences, it is a plus if you have retail experience specifically selling. To be a good candidate, you must be a people person, a good listener, and have patience.
