The owner of the company and I spent several months e-mailing back and forth developing a professional relationship before we finally got an opportunity to work with one another. Upon meeting, we did a practical interview in which I proved my asbestos removal skills in the field and my ability to complete a job.

He provided a hazmat survey of a job that he was working on and asked me to describe in detail how I would go about the job, from the estimation and bidding process thru to the asbestos abatement process and final clean/hygiene
