Very straightforward. It was a group interview and they asked basic questions like why work here and some situational or behavioural questions. Overall not too bad but still prepare what to say

You submit resume online, and will get called back a few weeks later.
It's a group interview with 5 to 6 other people. As long as you do okay, you will get hired.
