Very long in depth interview with the hiring manager and the head of Human Resources. They reviewed my background and then went through the required skills inventory. I had to present a wide range of projects I had led; describing the processes I used to manage the projects and why and the outcome of the projects and the lessons learnt.

Generally I would say not a hard interview. The questions felt scripted and I did not feel they dug down to the bring out the meaningful relevant points. I felt they could have gone deeper with my responses to the questions
