There was a common written exam (CWE) followed by Group Discussion and interview. Exam was conducted by IBPS in August. The result was declared in January. Interview was held in March. Joining was in JUly. It took almost a year.

Colloquio
After clearing IBPS exam I was called for interview at the nearest head office. Around 100candidates were interviewed that day by 3 different panels. Each panel consist of 6 executives. Theses executives try to maintain a balance on the stress level during the interview. Each one of them will deal with candidates differently. One might be strict while another smiles at us and keeps the interaction pleasant.
