Overall, I had a positive experience, with both rounds offering valuable insights into the role and the company culture. The discussions were engaging, and I appreciated the opportunity to share my background and learn more about how my skills might align with the team’s objectives. However, one area that could enhance the candidate experience would be providing timely feedback after each round. Receiving feedback promptly not only helps candidates better understand their performance and areas for improvement but also demonstrates a commitment to open and respectful communication. I believe this would further strengthen the candidate experience and reflect positively on the organization’s values.
