The whole process took over 2 months (this is acceptable considering it stretch over Christmas).
- The HR/Talent acquisition member that handled the job did not act in a curious or professional manner - never address me by name (email), was hard to reach and didn't respond to my emails after we have agreed on the time/date for the interview.
-The interview itself was pretty straightforward - 2 team members (line manager and a colleague), asking a variety of questions about past experience, competence-based and character. I was told, they will be making a decision in 2 weeks time. After 4 weeks, several emails to TA and the manager I finally got a response saying that they are still interviewing for the first round. No communication after that until 2 weeks later when I got a rejection email saying they are not moving me to 2nd stage - no feedback was provided even after I've asked (didn't even bother to say they've had too many people and they are not providing feedback).
