It sounds like they are doing market research/surveys and interested to have freebies delivered by all those candidates. It's strange HR process like their management
The bots and IA they use to select candidates discards good candidates. One of the worst experiences I have trying to enter in a company where I met 90% of the requirements.
Quite pleasant it was great meeting people in the company. Long and a lot to do but I can understand why.
As for everything you can prepare yourself if you really truly care about joining the company. Though this is just my experience.
